It is a permanent condition and till date there is no permanent cure for it. People who suffer from wheat intolerance feel itchy and tired due to malnourished body. They also face gastrointestinal problems and sometimes even have issues with their skin. All such symptoms may appear even few days after the consumption of wheat thereby confusing the people who are suffering from this disorder.

Many people may not realize this, but it is a possibility that a person can develop wheat intolerance at any stage of his life. However, unlike wheat allergy, which is very severe, wheat intolerance is manageable to some extent.

Gluten free diet is a special diet whose ingredients are totally free from the gluten protein that is normally found in some types of grains like wheat. Though a person may feel that he or she may have to cut back drastically on the available foods that they consume, with some research, they can easily discover that there are hundreds of replacements available to them which they can consume as gluten free diet.
