The reason that people chose a gluten free diet is as different as the foods they consume. Some individuals have a medical condition that prevents their bodies from tolerating gluten in their diet. Others have made a vow to try and create a healthier lifestyle, and are doing that by eliminating gluten from their diet. No matter the reason, adults often enjoy a beer on occasion, and those who lived gluten free were prevented from doing so because of their diet restrictions.
